Our Family History

Welcome – If you are in search of royalty, you may need to look elsewhere. We offer a fascinating group of diverse families. You will find a Prohibitionist presidential candidate, liquor store owners, drag race driver, pilots, a Harvey Girl, dressmakers, mothers galore, toolmakers, farmers, roustabouts, pastors and a nuclear weapons engineer. One called the 13th Michigan Infantry his regiment, another the 14th Arkansas Calvary. How could they have known their families would be connected when they faced each other at Corinth, Mississippi in May, 1862. And we must not forget, those me who made the ultimate sacrifice, which permits all of our freedoms. To Glendon Lee Ammon, Donald Coe, Harley Jerome Gilfillan, Alfred β€œAl” Griewisch, Walter Joseph Smith, II, Henry Fred Suhr . . . and all of our veterans - Thank You
